Did you know? A 2022 WWF-SASSI survey revealed that consumers rely and trust retailers and restaurants to make sustainable seafood choices for them at the procurement stage. So WWF-SASSI embarked on a survey of 216 South African restaurants in 2019-2021, which unveiled that seasonal menus often include more red- and orange-listed seafood species.
